Discussion: What's your favorite potato dish?

This week's discussion begs you to talk about your favorite potato-oriented food dish. What will it be?

Dear Readers,

Last Thursday we kicked off our weekly discussion posts. In that one we asked what your favorite “poe-esque” poem or short story was.

Sadly, that one did not get much engagement.

However, we’re here to keep things fun and current— despite however these post’s preform. And this time we have something nice and light for all of you to munch on— I mean discuss.

What is your favorite potato dish? How do you like your potatoes cooked up? Do you prefer them as a side, or as part of the main course? Do you like them in stew, or perhaps a mashed up concoction to your tastebuds delight?

There are so many ways to cook up potatoes, and so many more foods to complement them. Share with us your favorites, and I’ll share with you some of mine. In fact, to start this one off— one of mine is dicing up some potatoes and baking them till they get all nice and crisp.
